The Building
The Hildebrandt Provisions Company is a repurposed meat packaging plant to support a variety of artists and entrepeneurs. With its industrial design and 160,000 square feet, we have space ranging from small lofts to large open floor plans. We host small events in our historic flat and open our doors several time a year to allow the community to tour spaces.
The Artists
We are fortunate to be called home to many outstanding artists; disciplines ranging from ceramics, artistic glass, woodworking, painting and many more. We are also home to the Hildebrandt Artist Collective.
The Kitchen/Local Food
Our community kitchen is a place which allows individuals and corporations to fulfill their culinary dreams and needs. Outfitted with all essential tools and equipment needed for any modern day culinary entrepreneur. We also have food entrepreneurs that call us home; including meat processors, coffee roasters, and pop up restaurants
